Be;Ready Programme
Are you 17-21 are you currently out of education, training or work and looking for your next step?
We are offering a free programme for young people not in education, work or training to build confidence, gain real-life skills, explore creative paths and discover pathways for future opportunities.
What Is Be;Ready?
Be;Ready is a programme designed to help young people build confidence, develop creativity and gain the support they need to take their next steps. It is completely free for participants and part of the Youth Trailblazer scheme.
Across 4–6 weeks, you will explore purpose, identity, leadership, creativity and real-world opportunity. Finishing the programme with an event that connects you directly to employers, training providers and partners.
This is for young people who want a fresh start, a boost of confidence or a clearer sense of direction. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure about the future, that's okay! This programme gives you space to reflect, grow and discover new possibilities, without pressure or judgement.

You don’t need any formal experience, just passion, commitment, and a willingness to speak up and get involved. You might be a great fit if you:
'I have never seen you two so engaged in something before' - she spoke to the facilitator about one of the young people being suspended from school often for not taking part in lessons but she and the other young person were very engaged in the Exam Stress session.'

We’re especially keen to hear from young people who feel underrepresented or marginalised, this can mean you're a non white young person, you weren't born in the UK, you're disabled or you identify as LGBTQAI+.
